Health care organizations are now required to submit more information about their owners, managers and board members during Medicare’s revamped enrollment and re-enrollment process, which will affect virtually every provider and supplier in the next three years. The devil is lurking in the details because mistakes on the forms could lead to revocation of billing privileges, lawyers say.
