Amanda Norcross is an associate in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough’s Atlanta office. Ms. Norcross concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate finance, venture capital, private equity, securities, equity financings and general corporate matters.

Ms. Norcross’ practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies in mergers, asset purchases and sales, and other similar transactions. Ms. Norcross also counsels public companies on the preparation and filing of reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Ms. Norcross has experience in recapitalizations, joint venture transactions, corporate governance, entity selection and formation, and general corporate matters. Ms. Norcross also has experience in counseling clients in private and public offerings of securities.

Ms. Norcross is the chair of the Young ACG Steering Committee for the Atlanta Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.

Ms. Norcross earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2005. She was a member of the Georgia Law Review. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Management, with highest honors, from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2002.
