Bradley E. Wahl is a partner of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP in Atlanta where he heads the Firm's commercial lending group and practices primarily in the areas of commercial lending and corporate finance, real estate lending, general corporate transactions and municipal finance. Mr. Wahl represents various national, regional and community lending institutions. Mr. Wahl has extensive experience in asset-based and cash flow lending, construction finance, project finance, and subordinated debt and mezzanine debt financings, as well as with troubled debt, workouts and restructurings. Mr. Wahl is also experienced in both tax-exempt and taxable financing vehicles, including representing lenders with letter of credit and bond financings, as well as synthetic leasing and other structured finance transactions. Mr. Wahl also represents a number of real estate project owners and developers in acquisition and development projects.  Mr. Wahl is a member of the Firm's opinion committee, reviewing legal opinion issued by the Firm in financing transactions.

Mr. Wahl is a member of the State Bar of Georgia (Legal Opinion Committee; Corporate and Banking Law Section) and the New York Bar. A member of the American Bar Association and the Atlanta Bar Association, he is an active member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers.

Mr. Wahl has been included in BTI Consulting Group's "Client Service All-Stars", a listing of those lawyers identified by corporate counsel as delivering "the epitome of client service" and whose service to their clients is "beyond reproach" and whose dedication to their clients is "unquestionable".

Mr. Wahl earned a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School in 1985, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with honors, from Union College in 1982.
