Dennis Hom is an associate of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP in Atlanta where he practices in the areas of product liability litigation, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Nelson Mullins as an associate, Mr. Hom gained experience in litigation as a Nelson Mullins project assistant. He also completed a corporate counsel externship with the American Cancer Society and worked as an intern for a law firm in Bratislava, Slovakia.

He earned his Juris Doctor in 2011 from the University of Georgia Law School, where he was notes editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. Mr. Hom was also the Betty and Alex Smith Scholarship recipient and a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Religion from Emory University in 2007 and is an Eagle Scout.
