Eliyahu E. Wolfe is an associate of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP in Atlanta where he practices in the areas of product liability litigation, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Nelson Mullins, Mr. Wolfe gained experience representing financial institutions, manufacturers, and individuals as an associate for a New York law firm. Mr. Wolfe also interned for the Honorable Carmel A. Agius on the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague.
Mr. Wolfe earned his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in May 2008, where he competed for the Barristers’ Council, served as Secretary of the Military Law Society, and served on the Board of the Jewish Law Students Association. Mr. Wolfe was a semifinalist in the Final Oral Rounds in Geneva for the European Law Student Association Moot Court Competition, and also received Best Written Submission for the Respondent in the International Round. Mr. Wolfe successfully represented asylum applicants during his clinic experience with Georgetown Law’s Center for Applied Legal Studies. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University in 2005, with joint honors in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies.
