Frank Seigel is a partner in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough’s Atlanta office. He practices primarily in the areas of product liability and other complex civil litigation, usually on behalf of the defense. He also has experience in employment law.

Mr. Seigel is an experienced travel law litigator, having defended tour operators all over the country. He defends many foreign companies and also has an expanding practice in risk management. In particular, Mr. Seigel protects foreign companies from the U.S. legal system.

He has represented both national and international clients in a wide range of industries, including mining equipment, firearms, general contracting, heavy equipment and industrial machinery. His litigation experience is equally diverse and includes representation of clients in both state and federal courts in matters concerning:

• Product liability

• Wrongful death

• Mass torts

• Dealer termination

• Trademark protection

He is a frequent speaker at professional and industry conferences on product liability topics.

Mr. Seigel earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 1980 from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. In 1974, he earned his Bachelors of Science, with honors, from Nasson College.
