James B. “Jase” Glenn is an associate of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough who practices in the areas of business litigation and pharmaceutical and medical device litigation.
Mr. Glenn has experience in an array of legal matters, including matters in bankruptcy, product liability, insurance, contract disputes, punitive damages, jurisdictional issues, and toxic torts. He has also negotiated contracts for clinical trials for the General Counsel’s Office of INC Research Inc. Before law school he was a case reviewer and investigator for the Duke Innocence Project.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Richland County Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute.
He earned his Juris Doctor in 2008 from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was on the Dean’s List and served on the Real Property, Probate & Trust Journal. He earned a B.A. in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2004.
