Jeong-Hwa Lee "June" Towery is a partner of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP. Ms. Towery practices in Atlanta in the areas of corporate law, immigration and international law. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar, State Bar of Georgia and the Tennessee Bar.

Ms. Towery has extensive experience with international companies starting business in the United States, having offered counsel in corporate structures; license, joint venture, marketing, technology transfer, and consulting agreements; immigration and employment matters. She has worked with numerous inbound Korean and European companies in connection with initial site selection, real estate, corporate structure, immigration, employment, and government regulatory issues. Ms. Towery is actively involved in economic development efforts in the Southeast.

Ms. Towery is a native of Korea and fluent in the Korean language. She has served on the boards of directors of the Southeast Korean-American Chamber of Commerce and Korean Human Rights Association, and she is a member of the American Bar Association, the National Asian-Pacific American Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association and the International Association of Korean Lawyers.  Ms. Towery currently serves as an advisor to the Chollabukdo Province of Korea and as an editor of the Business Law Today, published by the American Bar Association.

Ms. Towery earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she served as Executive Articles Editor of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. Ms. Towery earned a Master of Science in Educational Psychology from the University of Tennessee, and a Bachelor of Science in Education, magna cum laude, from Troy State University.
