Kymric Y. Mahnke is a partner of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP in Greenville where he practices in the areas of general corporate law and business litigation with an emphasis on creditor's rights and franchising. As part of his corporate practice, Mr. Mahnke also advises clients on antitrust issues.

A member of the South Carolina Bar (Business and Litigation sections), Mr. Mahnke is admitted to practice before the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Greenville County Bar Association, and the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys' Association.

Mr. Mahnke earned a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1992. Also from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he earned a Master of Music and a Bachelor of Music in 1977 and 1974, respectively, where he was a Morehead Scholar and a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
