Ryan A. Earhart is a partner of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP who practices in Charleston in the areas of construction law, insurance, and general litigation. A member of the South Carolina Bar and the Florida Bar, Mr. Earhart is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina.

Mr. Earhart is the author of "Note, Lifting the Iron Curtain of Automobile Insurance Regulation," 49 S.C. L. REV. 1993 (1998). Prior to joining the firm, he practiced with other leading law firms in Charleston, South Carolina.

In 1999, Mr. Earhart earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was named to The Order of the Coif. During law school, he was a member of the South Carolina Law Review and the Order of Wig and Robe. Mr. Earhart earned a Bachelor of Arts in History, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina in 1996.
