Sanjay Ghosh is an associate of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP in Atlanta where he practices in the areas of product liability litigation, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Nelson Mullins, Mr. Ghosh represented industrial and commercial clients in a broad range of matters, including intellectual property litigation, disputes over trade secrets and restrictive covenants, as well construction defect litigation, and insurance coverage litigation.

Mr. Ghosh is a member of the American, Atlanta, and Georgia Bar Associations. He is also a member of IndusBar of Georgia and the University of Michigan Alumni Association of Atlanta.

Mr. Ghosh earned his Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law in 2004, his Master of Science from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 2000, and his Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan in 1998.
