Jennings L. Graves, Jr. is a partner of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP who practices in Greenville. He has extensive experience in the areas of local and multi-state commercial real estate transactions. He also has a broad background in matters involving creditor's rights and commercial transactions involving closely held businesses.

Mr. Graves is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. He is a member of the American Bar Association, South Carolina Bar Association and the Greenville County Bar Association.

Mr. Graves served in the United States Army in the Adjutant General's Corps from 1967 until 1969.

Mr. Graves practiced with another law firm from 1973 to 2001 and, together with Nelson Mullins Partner, Marion P. Sieffert, operated his own firm from 2002 until joining Nelson Mullins in January, 2008.

Mr. Graves earned a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1973 and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Davidson College in 1966.
