Susan M. Glenn is a partner of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP in Columbia where she practices in the areas of product liability; business, technology and securities litigation; and appellate work. She has extensive experience in complex discovery issues.
Ms. Glenn is a member of the South Carolina Bar and the State Bar of Georgia, and she is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth, Sixth and Eleventh Circuits and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina.
Ms. Glenn is a member of the American Bar Association and the Richland County Bar Association. She is co-author of "Losses of Consortium, Intimacy or Libido," Insurer's Handbook of Psychological Claims, ed. by David R. Price, 1995, and the author of "Protecting Privileged Information and Work Product under S.C. Rule of Civil Procedure 26(b)(5)," The Defense Line, Summer 1997.
In 1990, Ms. Glenn earned a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law where she served as Associate Editor in Chief of South Carolina Law Review. She was inducted into The Order of the Coif, served as chief justice of the Order of Wig and Robe, and received the Cy Young Award and the Dean's Medallion, recognizing the third-year student with the highest grade point average.
