Virginia L. Gulde is an associate in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough’s Tallahassee office. She focuses her practice on dealer, distributor, and franchise litigation. Ms. Gulde’s practice also includes defending claims brought against automotive manufacturers under state lemon law statutes and the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
Before joining the Firm, Ms. Gulde worked for another law firm in Tallahassee, where she worked to prepare for all stages of litigation in Florida circuit court, federal court, and the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings. She also has prior experience as a law clerk in the General Counsel’s Office of the Florida Department of Health and as a legal assistant for a Fort Lauderdale firm, focusing on marital and family law.
She is admitted to practice in Florida and in the U.S. District Court, Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
Ms. Gulde earned a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law, where she was a member and associate editor of the Florida State University Law Review.
