Tomorrow (February 15), the House Committee on Education and the Workforce, Subcommittee on Workforce Protections will hold a hearing on the impact OSHA's regulatory agenda is having on job creation.
Testimony that will be presented on February 15 by Tom Sullivan describes the requirements of the Regulatory Flexibility Act. Also, Tom's testimony will highlight OSHA's reluctance to formally solicit input from small business prior to moving ahead with the MSD Reporting Rule, changes to the On-site Consultation program, and the noise rule.
