Employment and Labor - Injunction Litigation

We have extensive experience in obtaining injunctions in all labor and employment areas.  We are especially knowledgeable with regard to labor injunctions against unions:
  • Obtaining injunctions against unions to enforce anti-strike or anti-picketing provisions of collective bargaining agreements.
  • Obtaining injunctions to prevent violence or other state/local law violations by striking union members against company property or employees.
  • Obtaining injunctions to prevent illegal secondary strikes.
  • All other situations where an injunction is appropriate to enforce collective bargaining agreements or to protect employees from harm, either physically or financially.
  • We also have extensive experience advising employers and seeking injunctions to enforce or set aside by declaratory judgment restrictive covenants in employment agreements:
    • Obtaining injunctions to enforce or set aside non-compete, non-solicitation or other restrictive covenants.
    • Obtaining injunctions to enforce or set aside confidential/trade secret information covenants in violation of state law of employment agreements.
