• Reviewing, revising and drafting policies and procedures so as to minimize the risk of unionization, or violations of the National Labor Relations Act.
• Conducting on-site audits to assess and reduce the client’s vulnerability to union organizing.
• Conducting training programs for supervisors and managers to develop their skills, and on identifying unionization issues, dealing with union organizing campaigns, and avoiding unfair labor practice charges.
• Counseling employers on conducting effective campaigns to defeat unionization efforts.
• All other aspects of union avoidance
