Governor Names Jones to Behavioral Council
Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue has named Atlanta partner Stan Jones to the board of the Behavioral Health Coordinating Council. Mr. Jones also serves on the Executive Committee of the Dean's Council for the Emory University School of Public Health, as a member of the board of directors and executive committee of Georgia Health Decisions, and as chairman of the board of Visiting Nurse Health Systems, Inc. He is a founding member of the Atlanta Community Court Foundation and served as founding president of Project Interconnections. He previously served as chairman of the Georgia Commission on Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Service Delivery, and as vice president for Public Policy of the National Mental Health Association.
