Team Assists Azalea Capital in Packaging Groups Acquisition

(June 30, 2011) -- A Nelson Mullins cross-office team represented Azalea Capital in its recent acquisition of Star Packaging Corporation and Star Packaging's simultaneous merger with Master Packaging, Inc. The efforts were led by John Jennings, Nikki Lee, Bo Russell, Nate Fuller, Maurice Holloway, Eva Bateman, Jim Holmes, Ken Janik, and Kelly Snipes.
