Eleven Nelson Mullins N.C. Attorneys Selected for 2012 'Super Lawyer' Lists
Jan. 25, 2012 -- Eleven Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough attorneys based in North Carolina have been selected by their peers to the list of 2012 North Carolina Super Lawyers© in five practice areas. Also, Raleigh partner Terri Gardner was voted one of the top 50 women lawyers in North Carolina, a recognition she has received from Super Lawyers since 2007.

Only 5 percent of North Carolina attorneys are chosen each year for the list of Super Lawyers, a a Thomson Reuters business. The organization asks attorneys who have been in practice for at least five years to nominate the best attorneys they've personally observed in action. Lawyers may nominate attorneys in their own firm if they also nominate attorneys from other firms. Lawyers cannot nominate themselves. The final selection is made after research on the attorneys by the organization.
