Nelson Mullins' Huffstetler Appointed to State Health Plan Oversight Board
RALEIGH -- Noah Huffstetler, managing partner in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP's Raleigh law office, has been appointed to a 10-member board to oversee the North Carolina State Health Plan. He was appointed to the board by N.C. Senate leader Phil Berger. Mr. Huffstetler practices healthcare law, administrative law, and business and appellate litigation.
The plan provides health coverage to more than 664,000 teachers, state employees, retirees, state university and community college personnel and their dependents.
