Blakely Kiefer Joins Nelson Mullins in Raleigh
RALEIGH (May 10, 2010) -- An experienced litigator has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP in its Raleigh office. Jennifer Blakely Kiefer joins as an attorney of counsel where she focuses on healthcare law, administrative law, and business litigation.
Ms. Kiefer has practiced law in California, Louisiana, and North Carolina and has handled a broad range of complex litigation matters. Ms. Kiefer has represented clients in federal and state courts on cases involving business litigation, pharmaceutical product liability, real property litigation, breach of contract, and employment discrimination.
She earned her Juris Doctor in 2001 from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1996 from Furman University in Greenville, S.C.
