Experienced Healthcare Attorney Joins Nelson Mullins' Growing National Healthcare Group
Washington, DC (April 8, 2010) – Jana Kolarik Anderson has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough's National Healthcare Practice Group in the Firm's Washington, DC, office and is also practicing out of the Firm's Florida office.
Ms. Kolarik Anderson was previously associated with two other leading national healthcare law firms. Ms. Kolarik Anderson has more than 10 years of experience focusing on healthcare regulatory issues for a wide variety of clients.
Ms. Kolarik Anderson represents clients in a broad range of healthcare regulatory issues, including fraud and abuse analysis; Medicare and Medicaid enrollment issues and licensure and accreditation; Medicare, Medicaid and private payor reimbursement issues; contracting issues; and the creation and revision of healthcare compliance programs, including training materials and compliance policies and procedures. She speaks and writes frequently on healthcare compliance topics.
