Matthew McGrath Joins Nelson Mullins in Atlanta

ATLANTA (Dec. 19, 2011) – Matthew R. McGrath has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough's Atlanta office as an associate. Matt focuses his practice on corporate and technology law.

Matt is a former Nelson Mullins summer associate and corporate and securities analyst.

Matt earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2011 from Georgetown University Law Center. He graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Physics and English in 2006 and served as president of Vanderbilt Sailing.
