Nelson Mullins' Attorneys Author ABA Guidebook Chapters

Atlanta partner Jon Neiditz and of counsel Amanda Witt, leaders of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough's Information Management Law Practice, are coauthors of a comprehensive guide to security and privacy law and practice now being published by the American Bar Association's Section of Science and Technology Law, entitled Information Security and Privacy: A Practical Guide for Global Executives, Lawyers and Technologists.

Mr. Neiditz contributed to sections on Risk Assessment, Social Security Number Laws, Secure Data Disposal Laws, Telecommunications Privacy, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Health Insurance
Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and Ms. Witt to the section on the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
