Nelson Mullins' Blake Elected to Raleigh Chamber Executive Committee

BlakeRALEIGH -- Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough partner Chris Blake has been elected to the Board of Directors' Executive Committee of The Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce for the 2011/2012 year. The Executive Committee along with the Board sets Chamber policies and priorities. Mr. Blake serves as general counsel to the Chamber.

Mr. Blake focuses on business and commercial litigation matters in North Carolina state and federal courts and in other Southeastern states. He represents clients in general commercial and business disputes, ranging from complex contractual disputes to cases alleging claims of fraud, bad faith, breach of fiduciary duty, and unfair and deceptive trade practices.
