COLUMBIA, S.C.C. Mitchell Brown, a partner in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough’s Columbia office, has been named President of the South Carolina Supreme Court Historical Society.

Mr. Brown primarily practices in the appellate courts, where he has made over 60 oral arguments.  He is a Fellow in the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers.  He is also a former Law Clerk to Chief Justice Jean H. Toal of the South Carolina Supreme Court.
